And as much as you may wish to believe this, life’s experiences have left you to question your inherent value. You feel conflicted. ‘Feeling it all’ seems too vulnerable and overwhelming, so to cope, you attempt to disconnect or distract yourself from the emotional residue that’s been left, all that’s been weighing you down. However, you find that when you try to numb your pain, you also numb your joy. These means of coping can show-up in various forms, including the less obvious like self-isolating, compulsively saying ‘yes’ even though you already feel exhausted and over-burdened, or being overly committed to your work. At times, it may feel as if you’re at war with your heart, body, or mind, leaving you to feel incomplete, inadequate, and ultimately- unworthy. It’s a vicious cycle, and I’m here to help you break it.

I personally believe that each of us contains intrinsic wisdom and profound inner-knowing surrounding what serves us, truly, and what, within ourselves, needs our attention and care in order to heal. It’s a process that begins by cultivating the relationship back to this integral part of ourselves. This is where I step in.
